For the “Youth Dream – Ride the Dream” Charity Carnival, The Octone Foundation invited the “Artamin” Art Co-creation Workshop to jointly launch a large-scale public art project themed around “Dreamcatchers.”

The Foundation collaborated with artist Beiya Yang and curator Karl Law to create an interactive platform for children, youth, and families to express their dreams and wishes through the warm and tactile art of weaving. During the event, participants co-created three large woven installations: one dedicated piece representing the Foundation’s mission, and two additional panels woven collectively by the public over the two-day carnival.

This collaboration was not merely an artistic activity, but a vivid embodiment of the Foundation’s commitment to promoting aesthetic education for youth, encouraging community engagement, and gathering the power of public goodwill. The final artwork served as the visual and emotional centerpiece of the carnival, bearing witness to countless dreams being woven, seen, and cherished.
