The public art program “Weaving Qi” initiated by the Octone Foundation, led by artist Yang Beiya and curator Luo Jiahao (Karl Law). Participants wove red, gold, blue, and green ribbons into a pattern of “Qi” (symbolizing a fine steed), representing elegance, speed, and exceptional vitality, echoing the Year of the Horse spirit and the “Dream as Horse” theme. Drawing inspiration from international weaving arts, such as El Anatsui’s bottle cap tapestries and Ernesto Neto’s interactive installations, the project highlights handmade crafts to counter urban alienation and build interpersonal emotional bonds.

Organized by United Publishing Group and the Kowloon Youth Joint Conference, and co-organized by the Octone Foundation, the 4th “National Knowledge Quiz” Grand Finals and Award Ceremony were successfully held on 19th December 2025 at the Yau Ma Tei Multicultural Centre. Under the theme “Celebrating the National Games - Understanding the Nation,” the competition integrated topics such as national sports development, the history of the National Games, and cooperation within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Through online quizzes and inter-school competitions, the event encouraged young people to learn about national development while promoting sportsmanship and patriotism.

Octone Foundation provided dedicated funding toCaritas Mother Teresa School to support students in need to participate in public examinations and overseas/local study tours. The foundation's chairman, Mr. Ho Fan, and vice-chairman, Ms. Cheung, personally visited Luen On School to gain a deeper understanding of the school's educational philosophy and student support services. They also engaged in discussions with the school, expressing their sincere concern for the growth and development of young people.

The "China Life (Overseas) Presents: 2025 "Kids Art" Drawing Competition" in the Hong Kong competition area, hosted by China Life Insurance (Overseas) Co., Ltd. ("China Life (Overseas)") and co-organized by the Hong Kong Federation of Educators, was officially launched on July 1, 2025. This year, new media partners HeadLine Daily and Sing Tao Daily and support organization - Octone Foundation have expanded the influence of the event.

Through precise alignment with the growth needs of local students, the event donated school supplies and customized suitcases, while also completing a symbolic 100-meter-long painting that embodies hope. This artistic endeavor aims to inspire patriotism among young people and contribute to the revitalization of rural education.

The "Hong Kong Youth Bay Area Cultural Walk" will be held in various cities in the Greater Bay Area for two consecutive days (29-30). 50 Hong Kong youth representatives from various sectors will be invited from Hong Kong to visit a number of national and provincial cultural venues in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai, such as the National Repertory Theatre Guangzhou Branch, and to have talks and exchanges with young people from the relevant fields in Guangdong.

Mr. He Fan, Chairman of the Octone Foundation Art Charity Fund, together with the charity organization Love·Contribution, went to Guizhou for a volunteer exchange trip, conducting teaching assistance locally, using his own strength to improve the futures of children in the area, and bringing his professional knowledge to Guizhou, not wasting the prime of youth.
