On March 4, 2024, Mr. He Fan, Chairman of the Octone Foundation, was honored with a Commendation of Certificate under the “Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs Scheme 2024” recognizing his dedication to serving society, promoting community development and youth empowerment, and making exceptional contributions to improving the community environment.
