To alleviate the challenges faced by grassroots families during the pandemic and bring them hope and positivity, Mr. He Fan, Chairman of the Octone Foundation, collaborated with other charitable organizations in Hong Kong to launch the "Dream Together" event on October 25, 2020. This initiative aimed to enhance children's experiences, create joyful moments for families, and foster a sense of happiness and togetherness, spreading positivity across society while building cherished memories.

Hong Kong Disneyland, known for its celebration of diverse cultures and unique Disney experiences, provides a "family amusement park" where people of all ages can enjoy themselves, promoting the value of harmonious family life to the community.

The "Dream Together" event sought to enrich the lives of children from various families, broaden their horizons, and share the benefits of social progress. It is aimed at building a compassionate and inclusive community for the disadvantaged while promoting the spirit of service and care. Through this initiative, the organizers hoped to raise public awareness, encourage support from passionate individuals, and unite different sectors of society to provide greater assistance to grassroots families, ultimately improving livelihoods.

Our organization firmly believes that the development of Hong Kong and the well-being of its citizens cannot rely solely on government efforts. It requires collective action from all sectors to create a better future. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold the principle of “gratitude to society, giving back to society.” We are committed to actively participating in public welfare, fulfilling social responsibilities, supporting education, engaging in charitable activities, providing social services, assisting low-income groups, and contributing to the sustainable development of Hong Kong.
