On April 19, 2026, Octone Foundation continued its annual collaboration with the social enterprise AMG Volunteer Team to organize the "Outing with Kids" activity for children residing in Po Leung Kuk’s residential homes.
This activity focused on nurturing creativity and artistic awareness. The children visited Tai Po Wun Yiu Kid’s Farm, where they learned through observing, hands-on activities, and making. Through farming and outdoor cooking, they experienced nature directly.
At the end of the programme, every child created their own piece by designing a unique flower pot and planting herb seeds. This encouraged them to turn what they observed into creative expression, using art as a way to understand the world and connect with themselves.
